SIMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR MARINE BOSS™

WOOD

  • Clean and prepare surface with a pressure washer, sander or any agreeable method. Surface must be clean and dry prior to application.
  • On teak and similar hard woods, apply multiple coats and if necessary dilute with water to enhance penetration.
  • If surface grain raises, lightly sand between applications. For maximum penetration do not apply in direct sunlight or extreme heat.
  • For a varnished finish, apply multiple coats full strength at high temperature in direct sunlight.

FIBERGLASS

  • Surface must be clean and dry, then in direct sunlight or high heat, apply multiple light coats with a sponge or rag in a circular motion.
  • It is extremely important to allow complete drying time between applications.
  • Do not apply if rain is likely to occur soon after applications.

Note: MARINE BOSS™ may cause a yellow tint on fiberglass that is bright white in color.

METAL

  • Surface must be clean and dry, then apply multiple light coats in direct sunlight or high heat, allowing adequate drying time between applications.
  • To obtain maximum protection a minimum of three applications is recommended.
  • Do not apply if rain is likely to occur soon after applications.

CLEAN UP

Clean hands and tools with soap and water.

MAINTENANCE

To retain a quality appearance the surface should be cleaned with a pressure washer. Apply additional MARINE BOSS™ as necessary. A high degree of protection will remain regardless of appearance, due to previous applications of MARINE BOSS™ that have bonded with the material.

Use MARINE BOSS™ to counteract the deterioration process of wood, fiberglass, and metal in a marine environment.

MARINE BOSS™ restores luster to faded fiberglass while polishing and protecting most surfaces.
